Privacy Policy

Name, phone number, email, delivery address, order/quotation details, warranty and service records, WhatsApp messages you send us, and basic website usage data (via cookies). For online payments, your card and banking details are entered directly on our payment gateway — we do not collect or store your full card number.

To process and deliver your orders, provide warranty and on-site service, respond to enquiries and support, keep records as required by law, and — only with your consent — send you promotions.

We share data only as needed with delivery partners, our payment processor and banks (to complete payment), and service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

We use essential cookies for the website to function and basic analytics to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to fulfil orders, honour warranties, and meet legal obligations. We apply reasonable security measures, and online payments are processed through a PCI-DSS-compliant gateway.

Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by emailing info@ecube.my. We will respond within a reasonable time.

When our staff connect our own Facebook Page, Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube or TikTok accounts to our system, we store only the account ID, the page or channel name, and an encrypted access token, used solely to publish our own posts. To remove this data, disconnect our app in that platform's settings (for Facebook: Settings → Business Integrations; for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions), then email info@ecube.my and we will delete the stored tokens within 30 days.

To request deletion of any other personal data we hold about you, email info@ecube.my with your name and phone number; we will confirm once it is deleted, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
